extremely disappointing and stressful experience

I strongly do NOT recommend this apartment. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, especially because I was traveling with my wife and a newborn baby after a long journey. When we arrived at the building, we were informed that the kitchen sink was broken. This was not disclosed to us before arrival. At that point, after a long trip with a baby and several pieces of luggage, we had very limited options and it was extremely difficult to find another accommodation and move everything again, so we had no realistic choice but to accept the situation. Even worse, the apartment listing clearly stated that a washing machine was available, but when we arrived, there was no washing machine at all. Traveling with a newborn means having a large amount of laundry every day, so having a washing machine was not a luxury for us—it was an essential requirement when choosing the apartment. We specifically chose this accommodation based on the facilities advertised. The situation became unacceptable, so on the second day I decided to leave the apartment. I agreed that they could keep the payment for the two nights we had already used, and the remaining two nights were cancelled so that they could repair the sink. I then had to find and rent another apartment that actually had the facilities that were advertised and that we needed, including a proper functioning kitchen and an internal washing machine. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that these problems should have been disclosed before check-in, not after a family arrives exhausted from traveling with a newborn. The apartment was not as advertised, the condition of the property was unacceptable, and the whole situation caused unnecessary stress, additional expense, and inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that future guests confirm every advertised facility with the host before booking, because in my experience, the listing did not accurately reflect what was actually...

Do cheiro da limpeza ao entrar. Apartamento SUPER limpo.
