Having International standards in Uganda
The staff reception assisting clients to different areas of the facility

The ambience of the hotel, the decor, the staff, the lobby is exceptional, and the drivers were very good and professional.
The limited variety of foods on the menu in the restaurant.
No African cuisine on offer and you are in Africa.

Marriot in Kampala is new, executive , classy hotel / apartments.
Staff do sincerely want you to have best time.
This is perhaps due to it being extra busy because of Independence Day
The room could of been cleaned better
Not efficient as would like when requesting something or getting through to reception
