Good location and building was old but well maintained. I liked the apartment and amenities, very spacious, has old school gym, pool and pickleball courts. Location is quite good, on the beach and quiet, still affordable and nearby to bus stop and hawker centre.
Old style 80s apartment, could do with a new paint job inside and outside.

Location proximity to where I needed to be
I was not aware that it was not part of the hotel ownership but privately managed. I was charged cleaning fees of rm30 like AirBnB. I booked the day before but information and check-in instructions instructions were not sent until 12 noon as I was already having difficulty checking in. Poor logistics management and communication
