Premier séjour aux Etats-Unis, quel plaisir !
Déjà, la vue, on dira ce qu’on veut, mais ça fait une différence.
30 étage, avec une vue à l’américaine sur les grands immeubles de Miami, le Kaseya Center et une partie de la baie. De jour comme de nuit, c’est impressionnant.
Parfaitement placé, même pour quelqu’un qui ne connait pas du tout le coin.
- à 12 minutes de l’aéroport (Uber)
- à 30 secondes du métro (marche)
- à 5 minutes du Kaseya Center (marche)
- à 5 minutes de Bayside (marche)
- à 10 minutes de Miami Beach (le bus 100 est juste au bout de la rue)
- à 15 minutes du Nu Stadium (Uber)
- 40 minutes des Everglades (Uber)
Terrasse + piscine privée sur le toit, avec une superbe vue. Parfait pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée.
Et pour info : la petite boulangerie (bakery) juste à côté propose la garde de vos bagages à prix raisonnable, ce qui peut-être très pratique selon l’heure de votre vol après le départ de l’appartement.
Et un grand merci au propriétaire qui est joignable 24h/24 et qui a pu m’aider et m’aiguiller à mon arrivé suite à un problème activation de mon forfait téléphone.
À 22h passé, il est resté joignable pour m’orienter et m’indiquer la marche à suivre pour la prise des clés. Merci !
J’espère revenir l’année prochaine !

Everything in general was excellent, the room was clean, with a very beautiful view, and the price was excellent to be in such a central and comfortable place. You have the view of any luxury hotel in the same area but for a super affordable price. Highly recommended

The view from the apartment was absolutely spectacular. The location is super central and convenient, close to everything we needed. The building and facilities are very modern, safe, and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
