BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! & Atrocious Customer Service! DO NOT STAY!

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have had in all my years of travelling. The most concerning aspect was that the property appeared to be aware of a bedbug infestation and still accepted our booking and payment. We were forced to leave the property before 11pm after discovering bedbugs crawling across multiple beds. As a result, we had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at short notice on the night before an early morning flight. After reporting the issue, the host directed us to an external feedback form that they stated would be reviewed by management. Despite providing detailed information, I received no meaningful response and my concerns were effectively ignored. I was later informed from Booking.com that no evidence of an infestation had been found, which was difficult to reconcile with what we experienced firsthand. In addition to the cost of replacement accommodation, the situation caused significant stress and anxiety due to the risk of bringing bedbugs home with us. I have also had to spend considerable time pursuing reimbursement for the expenses incurred as a result of having to leave the property. To this date, the accommodation provider has neither refunded these costs nor meaningfully engaged in resolving my dispute. They are failing to respond to Booking.com, which has only prolonged this issue. I am surprised that this property remains listed on Booking.com. This has seriously impacted my confidence in Booking.com, and I am now reconsidering whether to use the service for future bookings. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and customer care shown throughout the process. Rather than addressing the issue, the focus seemed to be on protecting the property's reputation. The experience completely ruined the final night of our trip, and I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking.

I’ve had the WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I’ve traveled 61 countries, India, Angola, Marrocos, México, Colômbia, etc, ne

It was my biggest nightmare!!

There’s BEDBUGS! I couldn’t sleep without knowing what was going on, I had hitch in and hitching until 2,30am I decided to turn in the light and the bed was FULL of BEDBUGS. No direct phone on communication with this property agency - BLIFE - and we called the emergency number they provided … after explaining the guy relocated us 500 mts away at 3,30am but did not provide us the building code to access the apartment. After several calls, he picked ipê call and gave us the code number -and hanged the phone in our faces. Next day another guy contacted us saying we had to leave the second apartment and didn’t want to cover the expense of the new hotel, amending they would call the police.

Lokalizacja, kontakt z właścicielem, dokładne instrukcje dotarcia do apartamentu i odebrania kluczy, gorąca woda, wi-fi, duża i wyposażona kuchnia, biała i czysta pościel.
