Masum was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed assistance and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service and a great attitude. Thank you, Masum!
The hotel is also in a great location, very close to the Kaaba, which makes it very convenient for performing prayers. Highly recommended!
The location is very good and close to the Kaaba, which is a big advantage. However, the room was not as clean as expected, and the air conditioner was leaking water. The hotel also needs some renovation and maintenance to improve the overall experience. With some improvements, it could be a much better place to stay.
