Nice place.
Nice place, though small but comfortable. And another thing i like there is the cleanliness of the apartment
The private parking space almost not accessible and I never saw any staff and never responded to my messages.

Just about sufficient, parking nearly impossible on-site, tiny living area, slow responding host.
The property was near a pub "The Jolly Butcher" which, although it did not sell food, was very welcoming. We bought a tasty Chinese takeaway just nearby there and we were invited to eat it in the pub itself. After a very long day moving our daughter into Royal Holloway University, we just needed to relax and so that facility was good. The property was easy to find.
I was concerned about rather slow responses from our host about a minor change we had to make owing to a family emergency. I did need their understanding that we'd be arriving a day later than we'd booked & paid for. We'd paid for the Friday night as well as the Saturday night that we stayed, so that was on us, but as a courtesy we let the hosts know. But it seemed an eternity before they got back and acknowledged that. Again, on asking about key codes on the lock box, normally supplied on the day of arrival (should have been Friday)l, we expected them soon afterwards (the property was, after all, booked by us). Those codes only arrived on the day after two reminders - we got those codes quite late in the end. Parking was tricky as the main property cars took much space. We had to park on the street.
The entrance lobby was also a form of "sitting" area with 3 assorted arm chairs & a tiny high bistro table with just two perch chairs! This would not be suitable for breakfast or a meal for all three of us sitting around the table! I appreciate the space must be "bijou" but it was not a proper sitting area. The TV was not set up to work either. The kitchen was serviceable but only the absolute basics were provided. We didn't really use the area.
Although the property was advertised to sleep six, I would consider housing six quite a stretch! The rooms were okay, but one bed had dead flies on it. Anotther bed room had rather a tatty blind that didn't shut or roll down. The bed was stained under the sheet (I often strip beds as a courtesy to the hosts when I leave - the mattress had no cover on it under the sheet). There were dead flies on the window sills & on the floor in all rooms.
The bathroom was usable but they need to sort the flickering faulty light on the bathroom cabinet.
I appreciate the cost of this place was relatively low against other properties advertised on booking.
