not going back to this property ever again
The property looks nice in photos, but unfortunately our actual experience was very disappointing and not worth the money we paid.
First, the layout was misleading. There was essentially no living room. The space only had a kitchen area with a dining table and chairs, and the overall hall/living area felt very small.
Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue. There were a huge number of ants everywhere in the kitchen, on the beds, and throughout the property. We also saw two large cockroaches during our stay. When we informed the owner, we were told that they had come from outside, but this did not solve the issue and I disagree with him as we just saw them after 1 hour.
There were also several maintenance problems. The circuit breaker had issues, and we could not use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time. One bedroom air conditioner stopped working after the first day, and one bathroom light stopped working on the second day, forcing us to use our phone flashlights when using the bathroom or taking a shower. There was also a bad drain smell coming from the bathroom area.
The kitchen was not properly maintained either. The dishes and stove were not clean, and there were absolutely no basic cleaning supplies provided. We had to spend our own money to buy essentials that are normally expected to be available in a rental property.
Parking was also difficult, as it was not easy to find a parking spot if you have a car.
What made the experience more disappointing was the lack of communication. We reported all these issues to the owner on the second day of our 4-night stay, but we never received any response or support. It has now been a week since then.
Overall, I would not recommend this property. It may look attractive in photos, but once you actually stay there, it feels far below the standard and value of what you pay for.
