The apartment was lovely, great locations felt homey and loved the security keys and the safety and privacy put in place not only for the apartment but for the entire building where we felt safe and secure during the stay. Also loved that it was close to shops, activities/events and arena.
Picking up key was a little confusing to go to a grocery store to collect. And in the bathroom there is no shelf in the shower to hold any hygiene products at all which was inconvenient as the soap shampoo everything was on the shower floor. And the floor felt it was not vacuum when first walked

Apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The umbrella was much appreciated during wet weather. There appeared to be sufficient equipment in the kitchen for basic meal prep. I did not need to use the parking. Location of the apartment is very convenient with public transport, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby.
To stay here, you need to ignore all advice for avoiding a scam. To collect the keys, you must first go to a third-party website and upload your ID and enter credit card details for a $300 damage deposit. This requirement is NOT mentioned anywhere in the description on booking.com or in the confirmation email. The check in requirement is only communicated AFTER you book, in a message from the host delivered through the app, along with a request for your direct email or WhatsApp contact info. This experience feels very much like a scam.
After hoping for the best and completing the online check in, collecting the keys was easy.

Location to Olympic park. Pool access. Communication great.
Could have been a little bit cleaner. Floors quite dirty

Great location. Good facilities in the room
Getting the keys from a supermarket is inconvenient. Dropping the keys off before 9:30 is normal, but the supermarket was not open to safely hand over the keys.
