Host were perfect - they couldn't do more to help.
The neighbourhood was a bit scruffy, but that is no fault of the hosts - the area, though, felt very safe. Getting to places was easy - either walkable or by taxi and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Hidden in the back of a lovely courtyard, so you do not feel like you are on the main street.
Very clean
Very friendly host
Looks like it was renovated just before we came in- perfect condition, and very nice decore.
A 4 minute walk from Fabrika Hub, and many other restaurants.
Reasonably priced
Only 1 thing:
There is only one AC, and it was hot. I mentioned it (after checking out) to the owner and he said he would get fans- I believe this issue is probably resolved
