Cockroaches. Sometimes gate keypad is not working - can't go outside

Almost perfect, as expected from Canopy Properties. Fewer laundry facility users than Gracia and Balabac
Canopy Agutaya is great as the other branches (Gracia and Balabac), but it seems like there were some issues:
1. Microwave very far from the socket. You have to carry it down to be able to plug and use it.
2. Baby cockroaches at the 6th floor rooms
3. Slower elevator than Gracia and Balabac.

Best value for money, with wonderful facilities and excellent cleanliness—all in one place in Makati, conveniently close to BGC!
Staff, especially kuya Lem, were helpful and friendly. Kuya Lem was very helpful in finding me a ride (he knew someone who has a car rental business close to the property) for my appointment in BGC. I arrived on time! Thank you for the excellent service!
Not a big issue, but it would be great if the shower had a partition or curtain to prevent the bathroom floor from getting completely wet after use.

The staff was very helpful. The maids do an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean. I appreciate that they do not not cut corners.
They were all booked so quickly. That’s my only critique. :)
