Waited 45 mins, no response, forced to pay before seeing room. Room was different, Rude peoples
just outside the building area. thats it.
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this furnished apartment booked through Booking.com.
When I arrived at the location with my family, I tried calling them five times, but no one answered. After messaging them on WhatsApp, they insisted that I pay the full amount before even showing the room or the building. I had to wait outside in the car with my family for 45 minutes, and no one came until the payment was transferred.
This behavior felt very suspicious, almost like a scam. When I expressed my concern and asked how I could trust them, they rudely responded by saying they would cancel my booking and told me to leave. Since I was with my family, I had no choice but to take the risk and pay.
At the same time, I contacted Booking.com customer service, but unfortunately, they did not resolve the issue and promised a callback, which I never received even after two days.
After finally getting access to the room, I was shocked to see that it was completely different from what I had booked. When I raised this issue and shared photos, they ignored my complaint and insisted it was the same room.
The room itself was very poor:
*Very small and not as advertised*
*No kitchen facilities*
*Extremely small washroom with poor drainage (water stayed on the floor)*
*No internet service*
*Low-quality blankets and towels*
*No parking Service*
*No Customer Service for anything*
Even after speaking with the security guard, no proper solution was offered. They refused to provide the actual room I had booked, even though it seemed available. Eventually, I was forced to accept another small room and even had to take an extra mattress for my family.
Overall, the staff were unprofessional, uncooperative, and rude. They clearly took advantage of the situation knowing I was with my family.
I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. This place does not meet basic standards, and I believe Booking.com should review and reconsider their partnership with such providers.

الفندق زعاج .سلوك الموظفين والمدير ليس جيدا. جاءوا عدة مرات عند الباب ويستمرون في طرق ويقولون إن وقت في الفندق قد انتهى.
