Pissed off having to sleep on a mattress on the floor

Location

When we arrived while the manger was there my wife sat on the bed and it collapsed. The manager apologised saying it had happened before. I lifted the mattress and he replaced the timber slats and left . When we went to bed it collapsed again, being unsafe and late we put the mattress on the floor and slept there. Contacted manager next morning, with photos of the bed and a brace that the installer didn’t connect.he returned 9pm with new slats from ikea , saying the brace wasn’t the cause of the problem . When we went to bed it collapsed again . We contacted him again next morning but nothing. We ended up sleeping the rest of our stay on 1/2 the bed that was braced properly. Also toilet cover missing forcing us to juggle levers to stop the flush.
