The boy was built. It’s beautiful clean.

This should be a 10/10 hotel, but it has one major fault which I will describe below.
The property is in a wonderful location, overlooking the side of the Registan. The staff are fantastic, with Alisher & Dior providing exceptional service and great honesty. The breakfasts are superb and, when the weather is fine, can be taken on the roof terrace. The housekeeping lady even rushed to get our room ready to allow us to check-in early, for which we were really grateful.
Unfortunately, there appears to be a problem with the plumbing as a very bad smell emanates from the toilet. It can be mitigated by having the extractor fan on round the clock, but even then it is still noticeable. The bathroom layout is bizarre, with the toilet one foot away from the wall and close to the shower tray, which means that it's hard to sit on. The sink is in an awkward corner and the mirror (the only one in the room) is almost unusable.
With a redesign (and improved plumbing) the bathroom would be suitable for an, otherwise, excellent hotel.

Very good location for reaching many of the major sights. Room was fine. The people working there were nice, helpful.
Room was fine, BUT very small shower & WC room. Impossible to sit comfortably on the WC! This room needs to be done over.
