Really great apartment! View is amazing! Spacious and wonderfully light. Super clean and tidy. Great dining room table to work on. Furniture in excellent condition. Large and wonderfully comfortable bed.
Very easy to access to the central city area on foot (25 min walk) or very regular busses (10 min in traffic) that stop very close by. Or Uber/taxi (7 min in traffic).
Great comms with the Clean Break Team. I did not have to ask any questions. It was all in their mails.
Clean Break should either explain the link with the Truvi insurance group or nix them altogether. At present they come across as a scam operation.
Did not enjoy being repeatedly messaged by them for 3 months about "registering". And then of course, paying. For who knows what when I'd already paid the full fee for my 5 day stay.
Fortunately a previous had guest had advised to simply ignore them because they are an "optional" part of the offer. Suggest Clean Break make this clear in the ad. upfront.

A lot of stairs and could use a vacuum. The place was great we enjoyed the room and easy to find.
Nothing to do with the residence but the emails sent continually from booking was over the top and not necessary. Absolutely tiring and even the morning leaving a large tasting of the same as the many times over our stay. Not needed or wanted

"Well equipped and very clean. Parking. There are 4 very doable stair flights but well worth it for the view from the dining area window. Straight walk into centre and good Morrisons a 100 yards away"
