This place is a scam, and the host is a scammer!

Nothing.

The photos are not an accurate representation of the property. In reality, the overall condition and feel of the accommodation was dated, poorly maintained, and unclean, which was extremely disappointing. Several of the facilities were not functioning properly. The toilet would not flush, and the light did not work properly, making it particularly difficult and uncomfortable to use the bathroom at night. There was also no shower curtain, which was inconvenient and contributed to the poor overall standard of the accommodation. The kitchen had a strong, unpleasant smell, to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. This was particularly disappointing given that access to a functioning kitchen was one of the facilities advertised. We were also asked whether an estate agent could come to inspect the property while we were staying there. We found this completely inappropriate and highly unprofessional, especially while we were paying guests and trying to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the host was equally disappointing. We found the host to be rude, argumentative, and lacking in understanding. Due to a family emergency, we had to leave earlier than planned. We had paid for seven nights and only asked for a refund for two unused nights. Despite the circumstances, our request was refused, with no empathy or consideration for the family emergency we were dealing with. Overall, the property fell well below the standard suggested by the photographs and listing. The combination of the misleading photos, poor cleanliness, faulty facilities, unpleasant smell, lack of professionalism, and the host’s attitude made this a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend staying here and feel that the property and listing need to be reviewed so that future guests are given an accurate representation of what to expect.
