Daegu Hyeonpung Prana Hotel

We were three adult males travelling by bicycle. We each booked a single room. The hotel is a very modern building, obviously quite new. The peice of the rooms were more than our average cost whilst in South Korea but still very competitive with normal western standards., Check in time was set at 5 pm however we were able to gain access to the rooms at 2 pm, which was very much appreciated after riding all day. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was not included but could be purchased for 10,000 Korean won each, which was quite reasonable. Rooms are very large with a double bed, which may even have been king sized. Room was very clean and well appointed. They had a car park downstairs where we were able to safely secure our bikes together.

There is a sensor light just inside the door so every time you got up during the night (toilet etc), the bright light would come on. The 5.00pm check-in time is very late, if you are not able to access the room earlier.

It’s located just opposite the Science Museum and the whole area is super nice and clean. Lots of good eateries around too. The hotel is new and well designed. The bed is super comfortable. There’s even a LG Stylus and the bathroom is big. Parking and even laundry are free! For a 3 stars hotel, it is better than a lot of 4 stars hotel we have stayed in before. Definitely a great value hotel. To top it off, the hotel Manager ( Sorry, I forgot to note down his name) speaks fluent English and he is a great help with our queries.

Nothing negative. Everything is perfect cos it exceeded my expectations.

It is a beautiful Hotel inside and out. It's has 5 star vibes. It's really really clean. Soft sheets. Nice table and furniture. Clothes dryer/steamer,, I was able to dry off my track uniform. Bathroom has separate shower and tub. Tub has shower head attached. Really soft towels. Bath robes that I slept in. Convince store inside. Fitness gym that I used before my track meet. Laundry room. Cafe and bar and breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. That's including the housekeepers. They left me towels even with the DND light on. It's very modern. The lights switches to the TV inside the wall. I should have brought my ps4. It's in a quiet sub town with Lottie grocery and No brand. Emart, 7 eleven, pharmacy, golfzon all in walking distance. Beautiful view with automatic curtains. I loved it.

Being a new hotel everything was very clean. Although the bed was firm the pillows and blankets are very soft.
