The residence Les Rivages des Issambres stands between the marina and the old village of Les Issambres (83380).
For rent, air-conditioned T2 apartment very well located in Les Issambres. Garden level with its teak table and chair, in a secure residence, guarded day and night, large swimming pool supervised in high season, separate pool for small children, private and nominative parking, private Wi-Fi access included in the price.
Very well appointed, tastefully decorated T2 apartment. You will stay in comfort. An entrance hall with cupboard, separate air-conditioned bedroom, separate bathroom and toilet, air-conditioned living room including dining area, large cupboard, small kitchen equipped with a cupboard, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator with small freezer compartment of the Liebherr brand, Nespresso and electric coffee maker, toaster, boulloire, Magimix steamer, Staub cast iron casserole, plancha and Tefal table barbecue. The living room is equipped with two sofa beds 140 beds, a coffee table, a large new Samsung flat screen, DVD player and high-speed WI-FI. In season, from May to September, the "Café Bleu" offers fast food (salads, pizzas, ice creams, drinks, etc.). In the vast park there is a table tennis table, some games for young children, green spaces. The 300m² bean-shaped outdoor swimming pool (depth from 0.87m to 1.75m approx.) open from April with separate wading pool is open from April from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm in high season, supervised in July and August has deckchairs and parasols. Small pool for young children. Close to all the shops in the centre, shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, medical centre, hairdresser, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, you can walk to the beach of San Peire, or to the nautical centre.
Laundry available in the residence equipped with washing machines and dryers with contactless credit card payment.
