Everything about this place is great, amazing response from staff, clean room, fully equipped space… the staff also made things easy for us as we were extending our stay and made an exception with the checkout and check in time. We truly appreciated this. I definitely will be back.

The location was convenient, the surroundings were lovely, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but I have a few suggestions for improvement:
Communication: International guests may not have a local phone number. When we arrived, the front desk staff happened to be away, and it was difficult to reach them by phone. It would be helpful to provide a WhatsApp contact option in the arrival instructions.
Pillows: The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Offering different pillow options would be appreciated.
Kitchen kettle: We found some stubborn, long-standing residue around the spout of the kettle, which took us quite some time to clean. Unfortunately, we had already been using it for several days before noticing it! Regular inspections of items like these, which may not be cleaned as frequently, would help maintain better hygiene.
These are small improvements that could make an already pleasant stay even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
