DO NOT BOOK OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP SLEEPLESS LIKE ME!! No security or door lock!!

The property provided was severely misrepresented, filthy, and contained critical health and child safety hazards: Serious Safety & Security Hazards: The third-floor balcony door leading from the bedroom was broken and could not be locked. As I was traveling with my young daughter, this posed a severe drop risk. I was unable to sleep for the entirety of the stay due to fear for her safety. The bedroom itself had no key or locking mechanism. Misrepresentation & False Promises: The postcode listed on the booking led to the wrong street, requiring an emergency call to the host for directions. I reported the defects to the host on Saturday evening. He instructed us to leave the keys so maintenance could fix the issues. We complied, but upon returning, nothing had been touched. Substandard Hygiene & Maintenance: Cleanliness: Rugs and sofas were stained and dirty. Bathroom: Clogged washbasin (standing water), missing shower curtain (causing flooding), broken toilet roll holder, dirty toilet, and no hand soap or bath mats provided. -Microwave wasn’t working -Iron was heavily stained and stained my clothes. -Utensils in the cupboard were dirty -Oven was dirty and couldn’t be used. Very noisy apartment: we can hear traffic, aeroplanes, trains constantly running.

Très décevant, logement ne correspond pas aux photos

Les matelas des trois chambres sont confortables. L’adresse correspondait à deux endroits différents pour la boîte à clés ; nous avons dû appeler l’hôte, qui nous a aidés à trouver la bonne boîte et nous a envoyé quelqu’un, car il manquait une paire de draps. Il nous a également aidés à régler le chauffage.

Logement sale qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos. Ustensiles et vaisselle sales et inutilisables par manque de propreté. Sous les lits, c’était très sale, avec notamment la découverte d’une culotte sale. Le canapé-lit est taché et rempli de poussière. Prévu pour six personnes, mais le canapé-lit est tout petit et cassé ; nous avons dû mettre des coussins pour essayer de le caler un minimum. À l’intérieur, nous avons dû le laver car il y avait divers objets. Placards sales qui sentent le renfermé. Salle de bain très petite avec des problèmes de température d’eau : soit bouillante, soit glacée. Dans les placards, des draps et objets entassés dans des sacs poubelle. Aussi, dans les placards comme dans la salle de bain, divers produits utilisés ou vides traînaient. (photos pour preuves bien sûr) Logement isolé, sans aucun commerce autour et éloigné du centre. Très déçus du logement, proposé pour six personnes alors que le canapé-lit n’est pas utilisable, très petit et très inconfortable. Rideaux pas opaques et appartement bruyant : nous entendons les transports, les bruits de poubelles en bas, etc. Quand nous avons signalé que le canapé-lit était cassé, l’hôte n’a pas réagi alors qu’il avait demandé comment s’était déroulée la première nuit. Il n'a réagir que le premier soir quand nous ne trouvions pas le logement et que nous acons demandé des draps manquants, il a fait venir quelqu'un et on a profité pour demandé de nous régler les chauffages. Nous avons reçu un message à la fin du séjour nous remerciant pour le logement laissé propre et nous invitant à laisser un avis positif.
