There is a reception, they are very kind. We arrived late around midnight, easy check in. There is a cafe on site, where it's possible to work and have breakfast. A 10 minute walk will bring you to bangtao beach and several shops / restaurants. Overall great value for money. Costs at least 2-3 times less than hotels in the area. Be aware there is no daily cleaning: not a problem for us. The apartment was very clean at check in.
Sometimes Pool bar is noisy during day time.

Literie agréable
Cafétéria trop cher
Le prix d’un café expresso est 3/5€
Donc je devais aller chercher mon café au 7/11 ou top à côté
