It’s cheep but you are getting exactly what you pay for.
The bed was comfortable and we were provided brand new towels (with tags still on)
The floors were dirty, there was the previous guest bathroom products left in the bathroom, after hours entrance information was incorrect, lots of people living in this property were IV drug users, lots of yelling and screaming during the night from neighbours and on the street, there was no tea towels, clean sponge, face towel or hand towel provided only two bathroom towels.

I would never choose this room again at this location
One night lodging
I chose this room location because I was going to a concert in Griffith Park in Los Angeles, and something simple kind of turned into extremely frustrating and disappointing.
The someone from the website contacted me on when my arrival would be, and I told them it would be after 4 p.m. on Sunday, and their response back through emails was that someone would be there from 4 to 6. I actually arrived by 4:30, and there wasn’t a soul around. It also states that there’s someone at the grocery store next door that was closed on Sunday, so I finally found all five of the lock boxes next to the bicycle rack, and I did look around, but the bicycles were parked in front of them, so that kind of obscured the site, but anyway, so I got the key after hello code on all five lockboxes. There is no fob. There are just two keys, so I go up to the room and unlock the door and go in, and the place is extremely, extremely sparse, but I understood that it was not clean. I looked around for anything: paper cup, an and towels. Anything finally found in a cupboard area of one bath towel, nothing else, and it was also the location for a half a roll of toilet paper, so don’t go crazy with that.
Fixtures throughout the room, bathroom, wherever, like a toilet paper holder, the bath towel rack, all that they’ve been ripped out of the wall, and parts of them are just kind of laying all over the place somewhere. There’s no trashcan. I found a small trash shack underneath the bathroom cabinet. The only thing that concerned me is when I left the room and went to lock the door. The deadbolt does not work because it’s broken, screws are out of it, and I did get the second door lock to work.
Later that evening, I returned from a very good concert and proceeded to kind of unpack and then go to bed.
Read the above comments I would not stay at this property again, but I do have to say that the other people live there that I ran into in the hallways and stuff are all very friendly and helpful but they had nothing to do with this room in anyway they were just very nice people

Horrible, do not recommend this listing or using booking.com
The location is good. It’s on Hollywood Blvd. Not the nicest area of town but could be a lot worse too.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The listing was very dirty. The bed had no fitted shit, and there were stains all over comforter. THE AC DID NOT WORK. They also claimed it was central air, though it was, in fact, an LG wall mounted cooling unit. They admitted they were aware it wasn’t working and did not inform me prior to arrival.

A nightmare || dirty, smelly, holes in the walls
Absolutely nothing.
Due to a flight delay I arrived around midnight and was lucky that there was a security guy in the building because with the indications of the host I could not even open the main building door. After entering with the help of security, I went to the studio, got shocked to see the bath tube was dirty, the walls were all dirty with lines and holes, the bedsheets were dirty, grey towels had white stains on them, plastic flowers and louvers all dusty and dust generally was all over the place. No need to speak about the smell inside the studio. It seemed like the studio was not inhabited for at least 2 years and opened its doors for me. After careful review of the situation, I decided to book a hotel nearby and exit urgently that studio and building right after midnight because it’s nothing similar to the pictures and was not feeling safe also because the studio door lock was not fixed well enough.
The check in was easily explained with a YouTube video.
It was stairs to go up to 4th floor. No elevators. The room was very small and restroom very small. I think hotel would be a better option for that price.
