Lovely Spaccious apartment, in great location

Location

A bit noisy in a morning, as above a coffee shop, from outside and apartment above

Fabulous!

Excellent location and amenities. Loved the character and decor of the property. Pipo was extremely helpful and obliging. Would definitely recommend this property!

Noise could be quite load outside but that’s nothing to do with the property.

4 nights with friends in Alicante

Excellent location,, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants etc Nicely presented and plenty of space too, with two bathrooms which is a big bonus! The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also very good.and the kitchen was well equipped.

Street noise outside at night, but the owners cannot help this and it is to be expected as a compromise for staying in such a central location. We would recommend adding a plug in pedestal fan to the lounge area as this did get hot and stuffy. Only a small gripe but the shower rail (holding the shower head) in the rear bathroom needs replacing as the shower head kept sliding down the rail and drooping down.

Lovely Alicante stay

Lovely, spacious apartment in the center of Alicante. Beautifully refurnished to maintain the old tiles and enhance the natural light coming from all sides. Great host, welcoming and supportive in case of need. Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere.

Close all windows and shutters to reduce the noise from outside, especially in mornings are people are loitering around the coffee shop. But that’s all part of being in the center.
