A fabulous 2nd floor penthouse apartment with wonderful views across Alnmouth Bay and Church Hill. The elevator takes you straight into the apartment and the apartment is very spacious comprising a well appointed kitchen with dining table for 6 and large 'lounge' area with two great 3-4 seater settees. The master bedroom is large and airy with a nice ensuite with a bath (but no shower facility). The other two bedrooms do the job with ensuites plus there is a fourth guest bathroom with toilet and a urinal. The outdoor balcony terrace is fabulous. Parking is to the rear for one vehicle with roller shutter. Super place and a great base to explore the Northumberland coast. Brand new lovely fluffy white bath sheets and loads of cutlery... in response to previous comments.
Private Car park at rear is tight for a large SUV but plenty of on-road parking nearby.... a little later in the evening.
