Location is great, right next to the old town square. The apartment was quiet. The bed was huge. The kitchen was good. The breakfast the first few days was excellent (fresh fruit, eggs, breads, meats, yogurt or oatmeal) and the last few days was just good (a couple of crepes, bread, meat and cheese, mushroom rolls). The clothes washer was great.
It is 67 steps up to the apartment, the steps are wide and in good shape, just a bit of exercise. The bathroom is tiny and has a slight odor, what you expect in an old building. If you use the shower and switch from the hand wand to the high shower head, the temperature of the shower cannot be controlled (using the wand is fine). There is no TV (none is mentioned in the listing but a bit unusual) and the fireplace is a virtual fireplace for atmosphere. Oddly, there are a lot of coffee mugs and wine glasses, but no water glasses.

The location, the breakfast and the quiteness at night.
Although the location listing discloses the bathroom mold beforehand, the smell and visual condition were still disappointing. This should be an easy fix, though I recognize that closing the space to treat it permanently represents a financial tradeoff.
