Everything- the staff were incredible. The quality of the interior finishes was on par with the Taj Palace. The breakfast was brilliant, albeit a smaller spread.
The gym was a little small, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was obviously brilliant for this part of the city. Breakfast was great and Anu was absolute credit to the hotel. She seemed to be always there with willing smile and efficient manner.

The breakfast was very good and so was the location for a boutique hotel in Bandra west
The service in the restaurant was quite slow. Improvement is definitely required
