Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would love to come back again. Recommend this place.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view. The area is peaceful and not too busy. Close to the bus station with many shops and mini markets nearby. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is nice, and the host is very friendly. Hopefully I can stay here again one day.

The only small issue was the kettle. There was some white residue inside. I tried to clean it, but I couldn’t remove it, so I couldn’t use the kettle. Other than that, everything was good.

Posizione ottima, appartamento pessimo

L'appartamento è luminoso e ben tagliato. La posizione è molto buona, a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione della Metro. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ci sono tutte le comodità a portata di mano, come supermercato, panetterie e farmacia.

Il nostro soggiorno di due coppie nell'appartamento Cozy Haven in the Heart of Buttes-Chaumont è andato in questo modo: ci era stato assicurato che avremmo ricevuto istruzioni per poter accedere all'appartamento con largo anticipo ma, al momento del nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto telefonare al gestore mentre eravamo davanti al portone. Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che le tapparelle non esistono e che mancavano le tende in una delle due stanze. Le tende erano piegate in un mobile, il bastone per terra e uno dei due ganci staccato dal muro con tutti i suoi tasselli e anch'esso per terra. In pratica abbiamo capito che avremmo dovuto dormire con vista a cielo aperto degli altri palazzi e soprattutto con la luce del sole del mattino che ci avrebbe svegliato. Insomma tendaggio rotto e non riparato. Inoltre la porta della camera da letto è stata divelta e usata come testiera del divano, quindi nessuna privacy per chi ci dorme. Nel bagno il lavandino è otturato e l'acqua defluisce dopo molto tempo. Non esiste uno specchio nemmeno per potersi fare la barba, così come non esiste la miseria di un gancio per poter appendere una tovaglia o un accappatoio. La tavola del WC è spaccata in più punti. Tra i ripiani porta oggetti abbiamo trovato una scatola con dei rifiuti organici risalenti a chissà quanto tempo prima. Naturalmente abbiamo documentato il tutto con foto e video. Alle nostre rimostranze fatte da subito all'agenzia che cura l'appartamento ci hanno risposto dopo due giorni chiedendoci se potevano intervenire durante il nostro soggiorno. Naturalmente abbiamo risposto di no, visto che ci sarebbe toccato metterci d'accordo con loro su orari e quant'altro proprio mentre cercavamo di goderci la nostra vacanza. I loro unici interessi veri sono stati la richiesta di cauzione di 500€ per "eventuali danni causati dai clienti" e gli importi da versare nel caso avessimo lasciato l'appartamento con qualche ora di ritardo.

Apartamento muy luminoso. Cama y sofá cama cómodos para dormir. Buenas cortinas para poder dormir hasta tarde.

Mucha falta de útiles de cocina. Muy poco menaje. Sólo un paño de cocina. Ningún escurreplatos, ningún barreño, etc. Sólo dos rollos de papel higiénico para cuatro personas. Falta de persiana o de cortina en la cocina. Ni un perchero para abrigos. Sólo un juego de llaves. Dos juegos de llaves hubiera sido lo óptimo.
