FOB pickup location was convenient and it was not a problem that we arrived fairly late at night. Good, safe sheltered parking. There is an excellent IGA at the base of the apartment complex. The balcony provides privacy and a great view. Shared gym and pool facilities are convenient, and the underwater window in pool provides a very novel view of the city.
I thought it was really good value for the price point.
It was a bit eerie not knowing what sort of building we would be staying in until we got there. It seems like quite a few of the apartments are short-term rentals, while others are properly residential. It does feel like a bit of an imposition to be holidaying around the people who actually live in the complex. I was also a little concerned that if something went wrong (e.g. lockout of room without phone) that the concierge might not be able to assist us and we would be out of luck.
Re kitchen: Part of the reason we got an apartment rather than a hotel room was for the amenity of being able to save money by cooking, but there weren't very many pots, pans and cooking utensils. That being said, it was adequate.

Great facilities within the apartment and in the apartment complex.Having a car park spot was a bonus
Pool ,sauna and Gym were used frequently and the gym was well equipped with the latest equipment.
Well located to an
IGA store underneath and 5minute walk to the best food market in Australia a bonus .
15minute walk to Rundle mall
Is an apartment hence some noise from neighbours when they are leaving or arriving .
Fortunately we did not have a bad experience .
