We loved the pool, the spacious property & the AC temperature is good.
1. Wifi is too weak.
2. Water pressure is weak not consistent.
3. Water heater in the 1st floor is taking too much time to heat especially when the water pressure is very weak.
4. In the kitchen area, specifically in the area near the dishwasher and fridge, there is a very awful smell!
5. Some utensils are not properly washed.
6. Incomplete sets of cooking utensils - example: Soup Laddle
7. Curtains are not suitable for the window sizes - it's not blocking the sunlight.
8. Slidding doors are not locking
9. No flexibility on check-in & checkout time.
10. AC grills/vent are dirty.

Clean Apartment, Area is nice and Quiet. Spacious. Kitchen utensils are well equipped. The Property also provides access to a larger pool and clubhouse area. Great Value for money.
villa Swimming Pool isnt heated and really small, so it was pretty useless to us. Barbeque station wasn't cleaned when we got in. Issues with Hot Water despite having the heating on.
