Loved the vineyard setting. It was lovely and peaceful and really felt away from the world, but is only 10-15 mins drive from Bendigo centre. The on-site restaurant was lovely and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks in the afternoon we arrived and a yummy breakfast after checking out. The queen rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. There’s a shared kitchen, dining and living area, but we didn’t use them.

I did not like the online check in process to obtain the access details. Having to upload my drivers licence, a selfie, and credit card details to pay a deposit bond, via a link sent through booking.com, felt very scammy. I think this requirement should have been flagged at the time of making the booking as it went against all advice for sharing personal information, and made me uncomfortable.

Bed was very comfy. View from the communal room great. Coffee machine, plates and cutlery supplied.

Hated the check-in process. Photos of drivers licence, portrait photo. Felt like a criminal. Then you need to remember 2 x 6 digit codes to get into your room. If your phone goes flat, your screwed. Tried for an extra night but the price is dynamic which the price goes up and down. Gave up and went down the road. TV was useless. Remote confusing.
