Nestled on a peaceful hillside, the beautifully restored finca "Sa Mata Grossa" offers breathtaking views of the landscaped estate and the surrounding countryside.
The architectural design of the villa blends seamlessly into the surroundings and features natural stone, bamboo awnings and several outdoor seating areas. The child-safe saltwater pool with generous step entry is surrounded by lush greenery and is complemented by a sun terrace with sun loungers as well as an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for group gatherings.
Inside, the spacious kitchen with large dining table opens onto a cosy living room with antique charm. The villa has five comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms and air conditioning. With numerous areas for relaxing and entertaining, both indoors and outdoors, this villa is ideal for families or groups seeking privacy, comfort and a touch of tradition.
This villa is wonderfully secluded in the northern part of the island between Búger, with its small supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and Sa Pobla, where you can visit the weekly market in Sa Pobla on Sundays. The popular beaches in the bay of Alcúdia, including Can Picafort and Platja de Muro, are only a short drive away.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 25. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
