The host was really friendly! We enjoyed our stay there. The owner always asked us if we were having a good time and if we had questions, was also pretty funny. The first time we got there, we didn't know where it was, because it didn't look like an appartement. But with help from the mail carrier, we found it. I would recommend staying here though!

The property was in a good location, near to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants but was fairly quiet at night. It was clean and had everything I needed.
I was given the wrong pass code for the keysafe. A few little things like the shower and fridge doors didn't shut properly, one of the blinds didn't stay down and there were no terrestrial TV channels although Netflix and iPlayer were available. Footfall above was noisy at times.

se escuchaba todo, nosotros nos quedamos en la 4 y en la 5 había gente y escuchábamos todo lo que hacían los pasos el baño… además en nuestra habitación hasta la nevera había ruido

La struttura era pulita anche se il bagno era piccolo e cieco e la ventola non funzionava .
In primo luogo, nell’annuncio non era specificato che non ci fossero prese adatte alle spine italiane per poter caricare il cellulare, ma esclusivamente prese inglesi. Ritengo che questa sia un’informazione importante che avrebbe dovuto essere indicata chiaramente.
In secondo luogo, la cucina non si trovava all’interno dell’appartamento, ma era in comune. Inoltre, gran parte delle cose presenti in cucina non poteva essere utilizzata, in quanto c’era scritto “non toccare”. Questa situazione mi ha creato parecchio disagio e non corrispondeva alle mie aspettative.
Infine, al mio arrivo ho dovuto contattare più volte la ragazza perché non avevo ancora ricevuto il codice di sicurezza né l’indirizzo corretto. Fortunatamente, dopo aver risposto, mi ha fornito tempestivamente le indicazioni necessarie.
Nel complesso, ritengo che alcune informazioni importanti avrebbero dovuto essere comunicate in modo più chiaro e preciso prima dell’arrivo, così da evitare disagi e incomprensioni.
