A disappointing stay due to poor communication, lack of Wi-Fi, and little support when problems arose.

There was plenty of hot water throughout our stay, and there was convenient parking available nearby.

Very disappointing stay – no Wi-Fi and extremely poor communication We stayed at Manzzaro, Nilie Hospitality MGMT in Thessaloniki from September 18–21, 2026, but ended up leaving one night early because of our experience. The problems started from the moment we arrived. The key/access system at the entrance did not work, and we were left waiting for around one hour before we were finally able to get inside. Communication was unnecessarily difficult from the beginning. We ended up spending around €10 on phone calls just to get basic information that should have been clearly communicated beforehand, such as how and when we would receive the check-in instructions. We were eventually told that the instructions would be sent at 3 PM. We also contacted them asking about parking and spent money on calls trying to get information, only to find out ourselves that there was public parking very close to the property. This could have easily been communicated to us. The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. The apartment was supposed to have Wi-Fi, but there was no Wi-Fi available at all during our stay. Management kept sending us a Wi-Fi name and password, while I repeatedly explained that the password was not the problem — the Wi-Fi network itself did not exist/show up. For two days, I contacted them through Booking.com. They repeatedly said they were trying to resolve the issue, but nobody ever came to the apartment and nothing was fixed. At one point, they gave us a phone number and told us to contact them through WhatsApp. I explained that the number they provided was not registered on WhatsApp. They then sent another number with an extra digit. The whole communication process was frustrating and made us feel like there was very little effort being made to actually help us. On top of this, although the pillowcases appeared to be clean, the pillows had visible marks/stains on them, which was unpleasant.

Struttura nuova e funzionale, check-in automatico facile e veloce. Letto e cuscino comodi.
