Lovely apartment, well stocked with everything you need during your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the living room area was a cosy communal space for a cuppa and a bite to eat. No details were left out. A bottle of Prosecco and Nosecco on arrival, biscuits, coffee, teabags and milk. Toiletries in the beautiful bathroom were fab too. Definitely staying again. 😀
Nothing 🤩

Kate kindly provided a pint of milk/teas/instant coffee/coffee machine/biscuits/sweets and a bottle of prosecci+noseccio. Very thoughtful, thanks! Close walk to train station/bus stop/great cafe 1min walk called Bruberrie... Good vegetarian options/poached eggs/cooked breakfast ect.. 😋
Nothing other than the volume control for TV very difficult to work.
Slippy steep metal stairs to enter property.

Excellent location and so spacious for a group of 4. Fast and friendly communication from host and such a vast array of personal and thoughtful touches. It really felt like home when walking in. Whole place smells so fresh and clean ! Bedding and towels so soft and again smell lovely. Made a birthday treat in York very special for us. Thanks so much. Would wholeheartedly recommend and would stay here again.
Absolutely nothing negative to say.
