On the second floor of a typical house on the Verbania Pallanza lakefront is the Charles apartment, a very elegant and comfortable apartment with a wonderful view of the lake and the Borromean Islands. From the entrance, you reach the very bright living room, divided into two areas. The first area has a television and a sitting area with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people. The main room overlooks the lake and features another sitting area, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances. Adjacent to the living room is a small balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the lake and islands. Also on this floor is a first bathroom with a bathtub/shower with hydromassage, a second bathroom with a large shower and laundry area, and a large double bedroom. Climbing the stairs, you reach the air-conditioned attic, where there is a small bathroom, a large suite with a double bed, and a sitting area with a wardrobe, TV, and sofa that can also be opened up to become another double bed. The flat is very convenient in the centre of Pallanza with a pass available to leave your car in nearby car parks. The pier is a minute's walk away, as is the lakefront with bars and restaurants and the cycle path leading to Intra. A luxurious and elegant location for a high-end holiday in the heart of the city.
