About this house rental
In the large living room, new designer furniture blends with rustic Mallorcan charm. The living room and bedroom 2 feature large sliding glass doors leading out to the terraces, through which the boundary between indoors and outdoors disappears from spring through fall when the doors are open. There is a fireplace for cozy fall and winter evenings.
A fully equipped, state-of-the-art open kitchen is perfect for hosting large dinner parties. The dining table in the round tower section of the living room seats 8 people, as does another dining table on the lower terrace. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are spread across 2 floors.
The building is surrounded by a beautiful and well-maintained Mediterranean garden featuring bougainvillea, cacti, citrus trees, and succulents—an absolute highlight for plant lovers! During the dry summer, the nearly 2,000-square-meter garden is irrigated via a 15,000-liter rainwater cistern.
The house was built by my grandfather in the 1980s and has been extensively modernized 2021 - 2025: new kitchen, bathrooms, double-glazed windows, beds, air conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as a modern heat pump heating system and two different solar systems (photovoltaic and solar ventilation).
The garden is bordered by a hedge and palm trees facing the quiet residential street. There are two garages and a barbecue pavilion, also with a view of the sea. From here, you can enjoy the sunset, and fresh rosemary for your evening barbecue grows right in the garden in front.
We don’t have a pool—the sea is our pool! It’s only 15 meters as the crow flies to the turquoise-blue water.
All 4 bedrooms are equipped with new air conditioners and mosquito screens on the windows. The rest of the house is not air-conditioned; in the living room, you can leave the large patio doors and windows open in the summer and enjoy the breezy sea breeze.
