Occupancy Limits:
- 1 Bedroom: max 4 guests
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, inside units, or within 25 feet of entrances, windows, or air intakes.
- Noise: No loud noises or disturbances from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Wheeled Devices: No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades in common areas.
- Clothing: Proper clothing and footwear are required in all indoor common areas.
- Packages and Deliveries: Packages left unclaimed for more than 5 days will be returned. The front desk does not hold personal items or deliveries.
- Amenity Access: Only registered guests may use the amenities. Adult guests will receive a wristband for access. Unauthorized use may result in fines or loss of privileges.
- Pets: Maximum of 2 pets per unit, each weighing less than 25 lbs. Pets are not allowed in amenities or common areas. Owners must clean up after their pets and repair any damage caused.
- Trash: Use trash chutes for bagged waste only; bulky items and boxes must be taken to the ground-level disposal area.
- Pool and Sun Deck: Children under 17 must be supervised. No pets, food, or glass allowed. Swim at your own risk.
