About this villa rental
Villa Seven Seas is an elegant and comfortable holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking tranquillity, space and leisure moments in a welcoming setting, perfect for relaxing holidays in the Algarve.
The living and dining area is spacious and bright, creating an inviting atmosphere for socialising and unwinding, with direct access to the outdoor areas of the property.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a guest bathroom for added convenience.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
On the lower level there is a functional leisure area with a snooker table, a guest bathroom with direct access to the pool area and a barbecue, ideal for relaxed moments in group.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a practical and functional space for preparing meals, with direct access to the exterior of the villa.
Outside, the private swimming pool and heatable pool option (additional cost) are surrounded by spaces designed for relaxation and enjoying the Algarve climate, creating the perfect setting for outdoor days.
Located in a pleasant area, Villa Seven Seas is close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants and essential services, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surroundings during their stay.
The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a potential intrusion.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 180 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests
From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

This villa is perfect for four couples. It is quite rare to find a house where every single bedroom is en suite, and having two on the ground floor and two on the first floor gave us all the privacy we needed. The house is very bright, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We opted for the pool heating and it was the best decision—even in the evenings, the water was perfect. The kitchen has direct access to the outside, which made carrying food to the BBQ area very easy. The location is very peaceful but still close enough to the beach and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Seven Seas. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very well suited to our group. We loved having en suite bathrooms in all the bedrooms, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The snooker table and barbecue were also great for spending time together. The location was convenient, close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We had an incredible time at Villa Seven Seas. The lower floor was the designated "fun zone" for us we spent hours playing snooker in between dips in the pool. Having a bathroom with direct access to the pool area is such a smart and practical feature. The house is very spacious and elegant.
