Architect's villa from 2018. In the heart of the village of La Somone (all amenities and shops less than 100 m away) in a very quiet area, 50 m from the beach and 50 m from public transportation.
The villa was designed by a French architect. The construction, materials and equipment are of high quality.

This villa is composed of 2 buildings that can be joined or independent via a large sliding gate:
- the first of about 300 m2 of living space on 2 floors - 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet - air-conditioned living room with TV, kitchen - 2 covered terraces - 1 large shared space upstairs with lounge and elliptical trainer - 1 swimming pool, 1 pool house and 1 plancha which can be shared with the second building (mobile separative gate)
- the second of about 120 m2 of living space on the first floor - 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet - living room with TV, 2 kitchens (indoor and semi-outdoor) - 1 covered terrace and 1 outdoor terrace - access to the swimming pool and pool house is through a large sliding gate.

You have access to the entire Villa except for the office equipped with computer equipment. However, on request, the caretaker of the villa can give you access to it momentarily, for example to print a file.

The entire accommodations are equipped
- recent 'Queen size' bedding.
- solar power: no power cuts
- a 5 m3 water reserve: no water cuts.
- 2 x 50 MB and 10 MB fibre internet connections: no speed problem for connections, including television.

The villa is secure and equipped:
- an anti-intrusion alarm
- 5 external perimeter cameras which are disconnected by default when the accommodations are occupied;

Even if the villa has 4 + 2 = 6 bedrooms, it is equipped for 6 + 4 = 10 people maximum.

What is included and optional in the rental price:
- Included for the main building: 50 MB fiber internet subscription included and internet TV channels
- Optional for the second building the 10 MB fiber link is existing but the subscription to Orange is an option (to be seen with Abdou in charge of the villa);
- Included for the main building: 2 days of cleaning / week (Monday and Friday - days changeable according to the dates of stay) - Laundry once a week.
- Included for the second building: 1 day of cleaning / week (Monday)
- Optional for the second building: laundry once a week.
- Included for the whole villa: water, gas, electricity (average a flat rate of 6000 cfa / day, cost much lower than the real cost and corresponding to the maintenance costs of the solar)
- Included for the whole villa: exterior maintenance and garden (every 2 days)

Two people are permanently available (7/7 - 24/24) (Abdou and Marie) to answer all your questions and requests. Their numbers (accessible via W.A.) will be communicated to you before your arrival.
