The small, idyllic village of Kraj Drage is located 15 minutes from Labin’s Old Town. There, surrounded by greenery, stands our RED House on a fenced-in lot of approximately 3,500 square meters with no immediate neighbors. This house is perfect for families or groups looking for a place of peace and privacy. Here, you can spend the whole day undisturbed by the large pool, and there’s something for everyone, young and old. The playground, trampoline, foosball table, and ping-pong table provide plenty of variety.

This house welcomes you with its spacious, open-concept living/dining area and a view of the surrounding greenery. The house has a total of four bedrooms and accommodates up to eight people. Three of the bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (180x200 cm) with split upholstered bases for a restful night’s sleep. Two of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window. For the other guests, there is a large bathroom with natural light, featuring two sinks and a bathtub. The fourth bedroom, with its two single beds (90x200 cm), offers a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding nature through a large sliding door. There is also a guest restroom, which houses the washing machine.
The kitchen, which opens onto the dining and living area, is fully equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and is perfect for cooking together. With an oven, a cooktop featuring two induction and two gas burners, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and a wine cooler, it has everything you could want. A small pantry offers additional storage space.
The loft above the living room features two comfortable chairs equipped with speakers, perfect for relaxing. The living area, with its large sofa, offers plenty of space for gathering together or enjoying a cozy evening watching TV—there’s plenty to keep you entertained even on rainy days.

From the living room, you can access the covered terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Here, you can sit comfortably in the shade and grill fresh fish, meat, and vegetables from the market in Labin on our gas or charcoal grill. The large pool features two shallower sections—one ideal for younger children, and the other equipped with massage jets for a little spa experience. On the large playground with a trampoline, young and old alike can let off steam to their heart’s content.

Overall, the house has been furnished with great care and attention to detail; plenty of wooden furniture and carefully selected materials create a wonderful atmosphere and round out the experience in the heart of nature. The small forest in front of the garden is also part of the property and offers an additional 6,500 square meters to explore.
