What We Liked - Great location with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it easy to travel to the CBD and other parts of Melbourne. - Only about a 10-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, which was very convenient. - Beautiful city view - Andrew, who communicated with us through Booking.com, was very responsive and helpful. When we reported that the air conditioner was dusty, he immediately arranged for someone to come and clean it. We really appreciated his quick response and excellent communication.

What We Didn't Like - When we arrived, the air conditioner was quite dusty and had not been properly cleaned. Thankfully, this was addressed quickly after we contacted Andrew. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the convenient location and Andrew's excellent customer service made a positive difference to our experience.

Free parking, good value, clean and great communication

Whilst clean, the property is looking a bit tired. Basic furnishing with uncomfortable bed and couch. Sofa bed is misleading.

the view was amazing, easy and quick communication, happy to assist with requests, good location, parking was a bonus.

Require an additional mirror ideally full length on the back of one of the doors as we had to all share the one bathroom mirror, extra blankets and addiitonal coffee and tea would be nice. We asked for extra suppiues and they looked after us straight away, regrout bathroom as lots of mould.
