Perfect location, kind host family and building security, large comfy bed and best value for money in the city. Had also a small blender, coffee etc in the room, which I did not need.
No A/C, description is not clear to be within the family apartment, but no problem because of separate keys, private bedroom and bathroom

Die Unterkunft in Belém war schwer zu finden – wir haben etwa eine halbe Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die richtige Adresse hatten. Nachdem wir geschrieben hatten, bekamen wir eine schnelle Antwort. Wer hier bucht, sollte vorher unbedingt Kontakt aufnehmen, da die Adresse auf Booking noch nicht aktualisiert ist. Man wohnt hier bei einer Familie, was auf Booking oder Google Maps nicht deutlich wird. Unser Zimmer lag hinter Familienräumen, man läuft also kurz durch private Bereiche. Insgesamt war es sauber, das Wasser klar, und der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich. Wer hier übernachtet, sollte wissen, dass man bei einer sehr lieben Familie wohnt.
