Misleading listing information, poor management, uncomfortable beds and inadequate cleanliness.
The management company provided contradictory check-in information. Both Booking.com and the official booklet inside the house stated that check-in was available from 15:00 to 20:00. However, only the day before our arrival, we were told that weekday check-in started at 19:00.
After we contacted Booking.com Customer Support about this discrepancy, the management company updated the listing to include the later weekday check-in time. This information was not shown when we made the booking or planned our arrival.
There was visible mould in the shower. Both beds were extremely squeaky, making it difficult to sleep without waking each other, and the pillows were unusually large and very hard. My mother was unable to sleep properly. The table on the terrace is unusable because that area was never cleaned.
The listing photos were also misleading because they did not show the unfinished construction and ruins located immediately next to the house. The management company also failed to reply through the Booking.com messaging platform.

The property has denied the issues described in this review, but its response does not reflect the evidence we submitted during our stay.
The check-in information available when we booked, as well as the official booklet inside the house, stated check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. Only the day before arrival were we told through WhatsApp that weekday check-in started at 19:00. After we contacted Booking.com Customer Support, the listing was updated to include the later weekday check-in time.
We also provided Booking.com with photos showing the condition of the shower and the unclean terrace area.
