Lovely

Beautiful view of the sunset over Tuscan hills from the pool. Nice to have a whole kitchen to cook in.

Beautiful location and venue but some more attention to details to make it more comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay overall, beautiful location in Tuscany. However, there were several areas that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for future guests.

Given the remote location, it would be fair to expect some basic amenities to be provided. Note that the local supermarket is not within walking distance. The kitchen facilities could be improved - we only had one gas burner working and the dishwasher was also not functioning during our stay. We also felt that providing basic pantry essentials such as olive oil, tea and coffee would also be appreciated by guests. A few other practical items were missing, such as pool towels, more than 1 tea towel, kitchen cloths/paper towels and working mosquito coils/lighters. The ones provided were used up by previous guests and not replaced by the host. There is alot of mosquitoes around the property so just keep in mind. The wifi and signal in the property isn’t great - I would suggest ensuring you have a good internet connection. A major thing to note is that on the listing it stated there were two beds available, however, one of these are a sofa bed. That was fine but we were dissatisfied when we were required to pay 20 eu extra for an additional set of linen, this is a bit deceiving in the listing. Also, the mattresses on both the main bed and sofa bed were very thin and uncomfortable. The parking area is a big walk from the accommodation and includes gravel and a steep hill. This may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The BBQ area advertised also had a lot of potential, and we were excited to use but was filled with the hosts stored items making it unappealing to use.

Relaxing gateaway between the Tuscan hills

Fantastic farm house in the middle of the Tuscany hills. The garden, the olive trees, the sunsets, the pool. It felt living in a fairy tail and we didn’t want to leave. The house was very traditional and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was great during the Italian summer heat.

Lack of personal touch. For three nights we arrived and there was no bottle of water. Being away from a town center I would have at least expect some water on arrival. We asked and paid for it. There were leftovers from previous guests, such as 5 almost finished toilet rolls and a kitchen roll which had 4 papers left. Also, It would be great to add some personal touch to the guests, or maybe to let them try some of the local produce (oil, veg etc) this could enhance the experience.

Lokalizacja, widoki, super.

Było bardzo dużo uszkodzonych elementów wyposażenia. Drzwi od kabiny spadły mi na plecy. Klamki zostawały w ręce ,wypadały, klapy od sedesu były wyrwane.
