L'appartamento è molto carino, a 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro e con parcheggio comodo nella via accanto.
Come indicato anche all'host il letto è scomodo e le trapunte piccole, restano scoperti i piedi. Peccato, senza questo inconveniente avrebbe meritato anche un 9.

Die Lage ist einerseits top, da sie zentrumsnah & nah an unserem Konferenzort lag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im Untergeschoß, aber sie ist trotz allem ausreichend sonnig. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Die Betten waren vorbereitet & es war alles liebevoll hergerichtet (Kaffee, Wasser & Süßes).
Die Hans-Sachs-Str. eine Hauptstraße & somit auch nachts stark befahren, sodass es einfach laut ist. Die Wohnung roch anfangs nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl es eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist. Nach einer Lüftaktion wurde es aber deutlich besser.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko sklep jak i dworzec. Dobre miejsce. Ładnie wykończone i wygodne spanie.
Hałas z pieca centralnego ogrzewania i to, że było trochę za zimno rano pomimo, że było to początek maja. Mieszkanie w piwnicy.

Az elhelyezkedése a városban, illetve a könnyű parkolás
Az alagsorban van kialakítva, ami nem volt feltűntetve, amivel nem lett volna gond, viszont az egész apartmanban erős “pince szag” volt ami zavaró volt.
