Bad experience with Blucould and Security and their current system exposing the person to stop in risk such road out the
Location , new facilities and cleaniness
Staff very bad , rental partner Blucloud which I rented though them are difficult to contact though the phone only WhatsApp and Security are different company , I couldn’t access the parking and later on the building because security own the cards and I parked half hour in the road and later after access the basement , I couldn’t access the building because the cards in the room and security came half hour later to give access to elevator, when I reached the room to apply the room password , room was kept open after collecting the card , every-time going out the door lock and refused to open and I need to contact Blucloud and Security waiting out of the room for 20 minutes . While going out the parking boom gate was not opening and I need to contact Blucould and security while I am on ramp up . When checkout , I need to keep the cards in the room and to go through the exist ramp and there while your car in up position, there in that situation you need to contact Blucloud and security . Also there checkout at 11:00 and staying back will cost you 500 dirhams for each hour , I lost a lot time due inconvenience from their side , also no hot water for showering that time . In General very bad experience in other hand facilities, location , cleanliness very good
