Simply the perfect choice for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!
We had breakfast at 6:30 with a nice coffee, and after just a few minutes' walk, we were at the park gate by 7:30. At that time, there were no queues, so by 8:00 we were already up the Bailong Elevator and had started our first walk.
The hotel itself has everything you might need. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage, a small sitting area, a large, clean bathroom, and both heating and air conditioning. We actually used both, as it can get pretty cold in the mornings.
The staff are just fantastic. Weeks before our arrival, they had already arranged all our tickets and requests, including taxis. During our stay, they were always available, incredibly kind and helpful. Genuinely some of the best service we've ever received.
Breakfast is relatively basic, but with the park practically on your doorstep, it's really just meant to get you ready for the day. There are a few stir-fried dishes, fruit, a soup station, dumplings and coffee, although no tea. It's warm, filling and already available before 6:30, which is ideal for an early start. One thing that could be improved is having another coffee machine, as there is always a crowd around the only one.
There is also a supermarket a few steps away and tons of restaurants on the same street.
Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning to make the most of your time in the national park!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alles war in Ordnung und der Service war hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Aria, die äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Sie hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung! Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
