No breakfast applicable. Warm cosy rooms. Full size refrigerator, very useful. Kitchen well stocked with kettle, toaster etc.
Nowhere suitable to hang clothes in one of the rooms, so end up living out of suitcase, not ideal and easy fixed. Beds to soft, no support.

Great communication re arrival & departure instructions, very clear & helpful, also gave contact details if needed.
House was very clean & welcoming. Anything we could have asked for was there, fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffee etc, WiFi. lovely comfortable lounge & dining areas, clean & equipped bathrooms. Overall really impressed & would definitely book again!!
Nothing, it was great!

Clean, convenient and modern
Parking could be an issue for more than one car but we only had one car so no problems

Great location for NEC. A home away from home. Would recommend. Just about everything you need.
Only one negative, it's a small one but could catch some out, there were no usb charging points anywhere in the house. Luckily I'd remembered to pack my usb plug adaptor but I would say alot of people have come to expect at least one in the locations they stay in. Apart from that one issue the place was great.
