Overall it’s a great place to stay. Spacious great location, Colli Albani metro station is a 5min walk, close to supermarkets and cafes. Also huge park a few minutes walk. Good communication by host who is reachable by whatsapp. The TV has chromcast and can connect your phone effortlessly.
No plug kettle for heating water. Also, only the 3 style type plugs sockets in the flat. I would say bring your own two style converter. The front door can be a little difficult to open when unlocked with the key, just needs a little push to open it properly sometimes. OVERALL though, it’s a really good place to stay and experience ‘real’ middle class Rome life

Close to metro and supermarkets. Two aircons in the bedroom. Spacious and has a washing machine.
The apartment itself was pleasant. However, the management was very unprofessional. They send through the check in instructions last minute even after I reminded them multiple times across multiple days. When we arrived at the building, they did not respond, nor did they remotely open the building door as they promised. We had to “sneak” into the building behind another resident. There was no kettle to boil water despite they provided two tea bags. No chopping board or cutting knifes were provided either. There were two dirty unwashed glass cups left in the dishwasher. In the morning of check out day, the cleansers turned up 25 minutes before check out time asking to clean the apartment. There was no check out instructions provided by the management either. I had to ask the cleaners and left keys with them.
