Everything in the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable and very well equipped the location was lovely with some lovely walks around the property
No outside space as the area next door is a tea room with an outside seating area.
Not enough privacy as the window had a constant stream of people walking past (we like our privacy)also other than the dining table nowhere comfortable to sit.
We had an issue with the booking message system which meant phoning the owner not his fault but we couldn't get into the property straight away
